Refund policy

Consumers: 14-day right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer at a distance, such as online or by phone, you normally have 14 days from the date of the contract to cancel without giving a reason. If you ask us to start work during that time and then cancel, we may charge for the work done up to that point and refund the rest.

Monthly plans

Plans are charged monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Apart from the rights above and below, we do not refund a month that has already started or work that has been delivered.

If something goes wrong

If we have not delivered what was agreed, tell us and we will put it right or refund the affected part of the fee. Refunds cannot be based only on rankings or traffic, because search engines control those results and we do not guarantee them.

Third-party costs

Ad budgets and other costs paid to third parties are not refundable by us.
