Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply to services from PROKEYSHUB LTD, company number 16816333, registered in England and Wales, registered office 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, United Kingdom, WC1X 0ND (“we”). By placing an order or signing a proposal, you (“the client”) accept them.

1. Services

We provide the SEO, SEM, content and related services described in your chosen plan or written proposal. We carry them out with reasonable care and skill.

2. No guaranteed rankings

Search engines and ad platforms control their own results, so we cannot guarantee a ranking, level of traffic or amount of revenue. Forecasts are estimates.

3. What we need from you

You agree to give us timely access, information and approvals, and to confirm that you have the right to any material you supply. Delays on your side may delay the work.

4. Fees and payment

Plan fees are charged monthly in advance, in US dollars. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise in writing, and we may pause work on overdue accounts. Ad budgets and third-party costs are your responsibility and are not included in our fees.

5. Term and cancellation

Plans roll from month to month. Either side may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable. See our refund policy.

6. Ownership

Once paid for, content created for you belongs to you. Your accounts and data remain yours. We keep ownership of our own methods, tools and templates.

7. Confidentiality and data

Each side keeps the other’s confidential information private. We handle personal data as set out in our privacy policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, for business clients our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for indirect loss. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

10. Contact
